New Year Resolutions

This year I have decided to set myself a number of New Years Resolutions, which is something I haven't really done in the past. However, this year i decided that was to change, not only as something to focus and be motivated for, but something to improve and better myself as a person. This year I have decided on 2 main resolutions, to which by the end of the year, I would like to hope I can achieve and fulfill.

1. Less Worrying, More Confidence!

Confidence
Being someone who generally always worries about what other people think of them, or saying/doing something wrong, I find this always tends to make me feel more stressed and anxious is certain circumstances. I think this stems from when i was younger and in high school, where I use to be very shy and quiet individual, with little confidence. However, 2013 is the year where I am not going to worry about what anyone else thinks, I need to accept that small and insignificant things shouldn't matter and I should be more confident and believe in myself a lot more!

2. Healthier Lifestyle
I chose to change certain aspects of my lifestyle in order to be a healthier and happier person. One thing I find that I never seem to do is drink enough water, which is an important factor for your body to function well. As a New Years Resolution, I decided that I am going to try and drink 2 litres a day, and not indulge in as many sugary or fizzy drinks, which aren't too good for you! The benefits of this will allow me to feel a lot better and healthier, as well as seeing an improvement in my skin and just generally feeling more hydrated and refreshed!

So those are my little personal challenges/goals I have decided to set myself for the year, to try and improve my confidence, as well as my health, to lead a more stress-free and happier lifestyle.
