Healthy Banana Superfood Porridge Recipe

As part of my healthy eating regime, I'm hoping that I will find enough time each morning to get myself a healthy and filling breakfast, that'll make me feel energised and ready for the day ahead of me. In today's post, I wanted to share with you my current go-to breakfast and what ingredients I use to make it, that keep me fuelled into lunchtime. All you need is a few ingredients and about 5 minutes of your time in the morning, and you can also treat yourself to this super tasty breakfast porridge!

Healthy Banana Superfood Porridge

You will need
4 Spoons of Porridge Oats
200ml Almond/ Normal Milk
Handful of Frozen Mixed Berries
1 Banana
1 tsp Chia Seeds
1 tsp Cacao Nibs


Grab yourself a microwave safe bowl and add 4 spoonfuls of Porridge Oats
Pour in 200ml of milk and stir
Add a handful of Frozen Berries - I use Strawberries, Raspberries, Blackberries, Blueberries and Redcurrants
Microwave for 4 minutes on high, stirring occasionally
Peel and slice your Banana into small circles
Once cooked, remove Porridge from microwave
Add sliced Banana, Chia Seeds and Cacao Nibs
Finish with a squeeze of Honey and enjoy!
