Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with this vegetarian dish. Before, I've had only had a Thai Chicken curry previously, and this one is a great alternative and was definitely just as good! A great Asian inspired dish that is bursting with flavours. So zingy with the fresh Lime and a gorgeous coconut green sauce. The flavour combinations were just sensational. Packed full of crisp and crunchy vegetables, topped off with a fiery chilli kick and crunchy crushed peanuts, this Thai curry was absolutely delicious!
